Tam and Madeline's wedding

I had the good fortune to be invited to be a bridesmaid in Tam and Madeline Tang's wedding. It was my first experience as a member of a bridal party. Tam is Francis's good friend from high school. His new wife and I have become friends as well. Madeline is the cutest little anime girl ever. We like to drink mojitos on Castro Street and talk about our boys. They were married in a simple and elegant ceremony in a Mountain View Catholic church. The best part of the ceremony was when Madeline's flamboyant co-worker read a passage from Genesis. Rock on, brother man.

Many guests were hung over after their wild wedding reception, that is guaranteed. Tam's best man, Au, took it like a real man. Though he doesn't drink often, he offered to take shot after shot in Tam's place as they went around visiting tables at the reception. Of course, every table wanted to toast Tam. Poor Au felt a bit whoozy afterwards, but he displayed Vietnamese loyalty in its truest form.

Let the toasting begin!
